The bus platform is right downstairs from where you exit immigration. Exchanging tickets was smooth; the staff scanned my code and gave me the actual ticket! The platform was easy to find, and the driver was surprisingly young and very friendly, guiding me through the luggage area. The bus was especially comfortable and even had a USB charging port – it took me right to downtown Seoul!

Super convenient. The bus was comfortable, the instructions were absolutely clear, and it was very easy to navigate. We were lucky with route 6017, which took us straight from the airport to the hotel.

The ride from the airport to my hotel in Seoul was comfortable with spacious seats. After purchasing my ticket, I received a QR code which I could show at the manned bus ticket counter to exchange it for a paper ticket. This saves me the trouble of waiting at the ticket machine, as the bus stop can get crowded. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis; there doesn't seem to be a time-specific boarding system.

I was worried I wouldn't make my reserved train, so I changed my train reservation on the official site, but there were no problems! I'm very satisfied!
