How to use

Present the verification code (found in your booking voucher) at the Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant front desk of Zhuhai Chimelong Penguin Hotel during your selected dining time for redemption and entry (self-service ticket machines are currently unavailable).

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

This product cannot be canceled after ticket activation, or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

1. Seats are limited and bookable availability depends on restaurant traffic. We recommend booking as early as possible.

2. The selected date and time slot are valid only on the day of use. Unused tickets will automatically expire and no refunds will be issued.

3. Please ensure your phone number is accessible and check if the ticket issuance SMS has been classified as spam or blocked by software. If you do not receive the SMS, please contact the supplier's customer support to resend it.

4. This product is not a forward-dated ticket, and the travel date you selected when booking will be the date of use.

5. If you arrive at the restaurant after the designated time, the meal voucher and admission ticket will automatically become invalid.

6. Seating availability for dining-related admission tickets can only be checked after payment is completed. If the seats are fully booked after payment, we will notify you to cancel or reschedule. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
