Our tour guide, Paggie, was very attentive. She provided explanations of the attractions in both Chinese and English on the bus and was also very helpful in assisting our elderly family members with getting on and off the bus and meeting their various needs. The time allotted at the scenic spots was also perfectly arranged, allowing us to comfortably complete the trip. Lake Biwa is truly beautiful; taking a day tour for a relaxing and unwinding experience is a great choice!★

Overall, the day trip was a great experience. Our guide/driver, Kangfu, was punctual, the vehicle was clean, and the driving was smooth. He explained the background information about the attractions along the way, was familiar with the local routes, the time was well-planned, communication was smooth throughout, and he was very friendly, making the trip exceptionally worry-free. Highly recommended.★

This place would be absolutely amazing if the autumn leaves were in full bloom; I guess I'll have to wait until next autumn to go again. But summer has its own unique beauty too; Kifune Shrine was also very nice, and the guides were all incredibly dedicated. Even though it was really hot, it was wonderful to experience different places in Kyoto!★

The tour is very friendly to travelers who walk 20,000 steps a day or more, but it's too packed and rushed for those who want to explore a place in depth. Nanzen-ji Temple, Sanzen-in Temple, and Kifune Shrine are all places worth spending half a day to appreciate. This time, I joined a tour to familiarize myself with the route, and I definitely want to come back on my own next time. We arrived in Kifune at 1:40 pm. Since this was our last stop, we decided to leave the tour with the friends we met along the way and have a more in-depth, leisurely tour. We experienced the riverbed, tried the Okumiya matcha tea, took the tram and then the subway, and enjoyed many other pleasant experiences along the Kamo River.
