Reviews: A day trip to Kinkaku-ji Temple, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto, Japan.
Guest User2026-10-28
During our 3-day, 2-night trip to Osaka with my father, we booked a one-day tour of Kyoto. Thanks to Guide Sai, who speaks excellent Korean, we had a wonderful trip. If you are planning a trip to Osaka, I highly recommend spending a day visiting a nearby city. Thank you again, Guide Sai Toshiko, for guiding us and making this such an enjoyable trip. ^^★

Reviews: Kyoto's ancient charm: A day trip to Fushimi Inari Shrine and Nara to feed the deer, with optional small group tours including hotel pick-up and drop-off.

It was Friday, October 26/23, with Guide Oh Seok-bong's team. I had seen him mentioned quite a bit in reviews... and as expected, he made the whole trip fun and enjoyable with his cheerful wit and sense of humor. Fortunately, we had a weather fairy with bright sunshine, so the photos turned out beautifully. I followed his tips for each place—"Don't eat this" and "Make sure to stay far from this"—and wow, every choice was top-notch! If anyone is planning an Osaka-Kyoto trip, I definitely want to recommend this tour.★

Reviews: Kyoto and Nara Day Tour │ Kiyomizu-dera Temple + Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine + Nara Park
Guest User2026-09-23
The entire itinerary was well-planned, with each segment lasting about an hour, making it very comfortable. The vehicle was in good condition, and the driver/guide were excellent service personnel—polite, courteous, and of high quality. Even at the end of the tour, they never asked for a positive review. Todai-ji Temple in Nara was truly breathtaking; its all-wood structure, unpainted, exudes a strong sense of historical gravitas and is well worth a visit. Fushimi Inari Shrine was just average. Time was a bit tight at the final attractions, such as Gion, but given it was a day trip, it's impossible to see everything. It would have been perfect if the driver/guide had provided brief introductions to each attraction beforehand.★

Reviews: Limited offer - Kyoto and Nara 1-day tour to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Fushimi Inari Taisha and Tōdai-ji in Nara
Guest User2026-10-15
Shine was an outstanding tour guide! Extremely knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating local stories like how Japan educates kids from a young age on recycling and keeping the city clean. Shine also demonstrated excellent group management to keep us all on schedule throughout the day, and even shared helpful local recommendations with us after the tour finished. Fantastic service 10/10!★

Reviews: Kyoto & Uji Day Tour | Kinkaku-ji & Kiyomizu-dera & Ninen-zaka & Sannen-zaka & Byodo-in & Uji River & Matcha Gourmet Street & Monkey Shrine & Statue of Murasaki Shikibu
Guest User2026-10-20
This day tour was a fantastic choice for our family of six! Meeting at 7:50 AM in Nipponbashi, Osaka, was incredibly convenient. We visited Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), Kiyomizu-dera, Sannenzaka, and also Byodo-in Temple, Omotesando (the main approach to Japan), and Uji Shrine – a rich and diverse itinerary.
What touched us most was our tour guide, Joy, who took impeccable care of us throughout the trip! Joy not only provided clear and detailed explanations in Chinese but also enthusiastically helped us take beautiful family photos – her photography skills were superb! Furthermore, Joy generously recommended must-try local foods and Uji matcha, ensuring we enjoyed authentic and delicious meals. She was incredibly patient with both the older members and the children, making our family trip safe and enjoyable.
A huge thank you to Joy for giving us such wonderful memories! If any friends or family are planning a trip to Kansai, I will definitely recommend Joy's tour! 👍
