Most VIP lounges offer charging facilities and free Wi-Fi to help you utilize time efficiently. Some lounges also provide business meeting rooms (subject to lounge services available).
Important notice: Customer support is unavailable during night hours from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM Beijing time. Bookings requiring immediate account credentials will be processed starting at 8:00 AM Beijing time. To avoid travel disruptions, please place your booking carefully.
Some VIP lounges offer free snacks, drinks and meals, while others provide services like showers. Most VIP lounges allow a maximum stay of 3 hrs per visit (services vary by airport and are subject to lounge availability).

From the date of card issuance, if the card becomes unusable due to our reasons within one year, it can be reissued free of charge.
