Today's trip to Laoshan was very satisfying. I am very grateful to the tour guide. Throughout the trip, he patiently explained the things to pay attention to when entering the scenic area and the routes to avoid the crowds. The whole route was also very well arranged. We didn't rush and just enjoyed the scenery. He also helped us take pictures of popular spots. The whole trip was relaxing and comfortable, and the experience was top-notch. We were able to avoid queuing during the May Day holiday. The complimentary travel photography service was also very professional, and the photos turned out naturally beautiful.

Reviews: Laoshan + Qingshan Fishing Village Chartered Day Tour [One family per group/Coastal Highway/Sea-going Pick-up and Drop-off]

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The driver was extremely professional and competent. The itinerary was perfectly paced, allowing us to see beautiful scenery and enjoy local cuisine and tea. If we had come on our own, we would have just rushed through everything. This time, we didn't have enough time to see everything, and we even went back to ask for Mr. Yang again after getting off the bus. He was truly amazing!

⭐Five-star review! We were so lucky to have met the witty and humorous driver, Mr. Wang. He knows Qingdao's roads, attractions, and local culture intimately, and his constant banter filled the car with laughter. His driving skills are excellent, ensuring a smooth and safe ride. The itinerary was well-planned, without any rushing. Our family of four enjoyed the magnificent mountain and sea scenery of Laoshan with Mr. Wang and also sampled authentic local cuisine. His attentive and thoughtful service throughout the trip made for a wonderful and relaxing experience. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Wang! I highly recommend him for hiring a car in Qingdao!

Praise for Qingdao MuHai International Travel Agency: Integrity First, Heartwarming Service During my trip to Qingdao, I was deeply moved by the honest business practices and attentive service of Qingdao MuHai International Travel Agency, and I am writing to express my sincere gratitude. During the trip, due to my own operational error, I inadvertently placed the wrong order and accidentally overpaid by 200 yuan. I didn't notice it immediately; it was the travel agency's driver, Mr. Zhang Yong, who discovered the problem while carefully checking the order information. Without hesitation, he immediately reported the situation to the company. Upon receiving the feedback, the company's customer service staff took it very seriously and proactively contacted me immediately. They patiently and meticulously verified the order details, confirming that the overpayment was due to my own mistake. Throughout the communication process, the customer service staff were gentle and friendly, actively cooperating and efficiently expediting the refund process. The 200 yuan overpayment was quickly and fully refunded to my account without any delays or excuses. Qingdao MuHai International Travel Agency adheres to the principle of "integrity first, service foremost." From the attentive and responsible drivers to the efficient and reliable customer service, every staff member embodies the company's integrity and responsibility through their actions. Such a travel agency, committed to integrity and providing heartwarming service, deserves high praise and recommendation!

Reviews: Qingdao Laoshan private charter 1-day tour [door-to-door transfer/same-day arrangement/same-day departure/tea-picking experience]

The driver was patient, kind, and friendly. The scenic area wasn't too crowded right now, so we could really enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend this time of year – the weather is cool, and there's no traffic. Laoshan not only has beautiful scenery, but every photo you take will be a masterpiece. I'll definitely come back again and hire Mr. Zhu as my guide! 🥰
