We’re starting the trip on 7 AM from our hotel and managed to get the Hanging Temple’s climbing tickets. The driver, Mr Liu are very communicative, accommodative, and making us rest assured while the trip on going. He always accompany us until the entrance gate. The taxi that he brought is also clean and neat. We finish our trip on 4 PM and it was a good trip to explore datong and the culture.

What a wonderful trip! The driver was punctual, the driving was very careful, and the instructions were very clear. She helped us buy tickets, showed us where to go, and made sure our tour was as comfortable as possible. The sights we saw were stunning, no doubt about it, but the trip itself was a separate adventure, as I've never seen a more picturesque road! I truly regretted not being born an artist or a poet so I could capture this beauty. I highly recommend this service.

The agency double-checked everything and informed me in advance. This made the registration process perfect, and we started at 7 am instead of 4 am. When there was a wait due to rain, they offered a free lunch. The driver was always helpful and even got me to the caves despite the delay. Superb service – perfect support in every respect!

They were very punctual, and our driver was incredibly kind. The weather was terrible—lots of rain, wind, and cold—and he was very concerned that we still have a good experience despite that. First, we went to the Hanging Temple. We couldn't go up because of the weather and because tickets have to be bought a week in advance, which we didn't know, but we were able to go inside and see it from a distance. Then we went to the grottoes, which are amazing, and thanks to the weather, we practically had them to ourselves, which made it magical and incredible! After that, we went to eat something delicious and very inexpensive. He took us for a drive around the city and to see the mural of the five dragons. It was a special day! Thank you for everything!

The tour guide and driver were very good and very professional. However, the description said the tour would be in English, and when it came to the tour, the guide was planning to just use a translation app. A translation app is not the same thing as an English-speaking guide, and the tour should not be as expensive as it was for a guide who relies on an app. The tour was $111 dollars US, which is a lot for this area and I am disappointed at the cost and then the tour not matching the description.
