The pick up - on time. The buffet lunch was good in terms of variety and portion. The cruise and the team hospitality is top notch. Itinerary did not felt too rush.

We had a wonderful time. The event was well organized, and the scenic spots are a must-see. The excursion yacht is divided into three levels; our group was on the second. There's a restroom, shower, and smoking is allowed on deck. Lunch was delicious, with a good selection of dishes. Drinks are not free, so keep that in mind. The bay itself and the island are significantly less crowded than the Halong Bay excursion, which was a key factor. The guide was wonderful; he didn't overwhelm us with stories or anecdotes, just kept an eye on everyone and did his job. Great job. Those who go should bring snacks; in the evening, they only provide some fruit and cookies. If you get hungry, bring a change of shirts and swimwear, a phone charger, and power outlets.
