Reviews: Hokkaido Noboribetsu & Lake Toya, Cape Chikyu & Lake Shikotsu Day Tour
Guest User2026-10-26
This day tour to Sapporo TV Tower in Hokkaido was great value for money. The itinerary connected many attractions that would otherwise be difficult to visit together. However, the vehicle was in poor condition; the seats were too small, with the wheels practically touching the footrests. Even with my short legs, I felt very cramped and uncomfortable. Larger people wouldn't be able to fit at all. The minivan was packed with people with no seats to adjust, and I ended up with a sore back. That was the only downside of the trip. Overall, though, it was still a very good experience.

Reviews: 1-day tour to Hill of the Buddha + Jozankei + Lake Tōya + Showa-shinzan + Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley in Hokkaido

Overall, the experience was great, the itinerary was smoothly arranged, and I highly recommend it to those who don't drive! Since we were staying at a hotel near Lake Toya that night, we were able to get off directly at Lake Toya and head to the hotel after prior communication – it was so convenient being right next to the drop-off point! We could also visit other attractions in the morning, which was much easier than figuring out transportation on our own, and the price was very reasonable! Furthermore, our tour guide, Zoey, was very friendly, and the online customer service was also very helpful. Pre-trip communication went very smoothly. Thank you for your assistance! 😊

The driver provided excellent service. He gave clear and easy-to-understand English explanations, drove courteously and calmly, stopped for restroom breaks as requested, and was helpful in explaining the tourist attractions. I was very impressed with the service.

Everything was great. The guide was top-notch. Time was short, but it was fantastic for getting a general idea. Then I could choose my own individual destinations.
