The driver arrived on time and accompanied us calmly and kindly throughout the trip. When we changed our route due to health reasons and asked him to take us to a nearby beautiful waterfall, he quickly responded and made a choice for which we are grateful.

Our driver, Asta, was incredibly kind. He picked us up from the hotel on time and had water, mosquito repellent, tissues, and snacks in the car. Knowing our child had diarrhea, he even applied some of his oil-like ointment. Besides taking us to the attractions, he also offered to take photos for us. At each stop, he would walk us to the entrance and then wait for us in the car. In short, he was a wonderful person, and hiring him wasn't tiring at all – a truly enjoyable day!

Five stars! This day trip to Ubud was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Our driver, Hartawan, was incredibly friendly and kind, drove smoothly and safely throughout the trip, and was very familiar with the routes to all the attractions. He thoughtfully planned the itinerary, minimizing walking distances to make our sightseeing easy and relaxing. He even helped us find a convenient route to Bintang Supermarket, a popular spot for locals, to buy souvenirs – a very thoughtful touch. There were no forced purchases, the pace was relaxed and comfortable, communication was smooth, and the whole day was wonderful. Highly recommended!
