I recently took a minibus tour to the Grand Canyon, and our guide, Roy Song, was absolutely phenomenal! He is incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and truly a pleasure to be around. Despite his age, Roy is full of energy. He actively guided and supported our group throughout a long 22-hour day without missing a beat. He provided highly detailed and fascinating commentary about each location in both English and Japanese. Even though the majority of our group was from Japan, he catered to everyone seamlessly, and the entire group was left absolutely delighted. What made the trip truly special was that Roy didn't just share the history of the landmarks; he also shared wonderful and engaging stories from his own life. Thanks to his great conversation, the long drives between locations flew by completely unnoticed. I highly recommend Roy Song as a guide for your next trip—he will make your experience unforgettable!

The trip was 14 hours long, but our guide, Paulie, made it feel much shorter. He shared many interesting stories along the way and was friendly, honest, and down-to-earth. We stopped at multiple locations to take photos, which was a great addition to the trip. I highly recommend this tour and especially our guide!

The guide was too patronizing; it is possible that there are people present who are not used to cycling, but that was not the case with us, and I even mentioned it. Still, learning how to get on a bike: watch out, there are people walking, watch out, there are bikes riding, watch out, a car... yes, we did develop an eye for something after all. It was fascinating at the beginning but turned into a boring tour. We should have gone hiking instead of cycling.

Bryce Canyon is amazing. Zion is OK. The return trip is too long and tyring. Some people got lost (or rather ignored rules to return to bus on time) and this made the drive go look after them and we lost 30 minutes. This is not fair as we could all have gone and enjoy the park for extra 30 minutes.
