This is the best value-for-money tour. We received a 15% discount, rode the cable car to see the magnificent natural scenery, got two free beers, rode fun rides, and explored a beautiful European-style village. The Bana Hills Golden Bridge was especially fantastic. Guide Lee explained the itinerary very kindly, and the program ran smoothly thanks to his clear communication. If you want to create unforgettable memories in Da Nang, I highly recommend participating in this program.★

Overall, Ba Na Hills is a highly recommended attraction. We were lucky; the sun was shining brightly throughout, the itinerary was conveniently coordinated, the driver was punctual, and customer service provided e-tickets, giving us a lot of freedom in choosing which activities to participate in. Customer service was online throughout the trip to answer our questions. However, there wasn't much Chinese-speaking staff on the mountain, so finding specific spots was a bit difficult. The buffet lunch had a wide selection and good value. After descending the mountain, we discussed with the driver whether we could be taken to a Go supermarket to end the trip. The driver was very responsible and informed customer service that it was okay, saving us the trouble of leaving from the hotel – very thoughtful. It's perfect for those who want a slower pace and a more relaxed experience. A great trip!★

A trip to Da Nang is incomplete without visiting Ba Na Hills. Unfortunately, the only minor disappointment was the foggy, windy, and rainy weather on the day we visited. However, this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of all the attractions. Our local guide, Ms. Hong, was professional, attentive, and arranged the itinerary well. Special praise goes to the lunch – it was incredibly delicious, and everyone we met complimented it! This trip is highly recommended!
