Unlike a conventional spa, Las Ruinas is built around the ancient practice of hot and cold contrast bathing: moving between heat and cold to support muscle recovery and deep relaxation. Every element is stripped down to what matters.

The Thermal Circuit
Begin with a long, relaxing swim in the heated pool. When you're ready, enter the contrast plunge sequence:
Hot plunge pool — deep immersion heat to soften muscle tension and promote relaxation.
Cold plunge pool — an invigorating contrast that leaves you feeling refreshed and energized.
Cycle through the contrast sequence at your own pace during your session.

Three Heat Sanctuaries
After the pools, choose your preferred heat environment — or move between all three:
Dry sauna — traditional deep warmth and full-body relaxation.
Infrared sauna — gentle, penetrating warmth that many guests enjoy for relaxation and recovery.
Eucalyptus steam room — a soothing eucalyptus steam experience and skin hydration.

The Lounge
Between circuits, the cozy recovery lounge is your base. Unlimited herbal teas, warm and cold water, and complimentary light snacks (nuts, fruits, and popsicles) are always available. Wrapped in fresh towels, with a quiet space to decompress — this is where the experience becomes something you carry home.

The Gym & Smoothie Spa
The fully equipped gym is included in your pass — use it before or after your thermal circuit. Complete the experience at the in-house Smoothie Spa, where nourishing, refreshing blends are made fresh on-site.
