Lisbon: Azulejo Workshop – Paint Your Tiles

Join me on an exciting journey into the world of azulejos, the magnificent traditional Portuguese tiles that have adorned the country for centuries. During this immersive workshop, you will explore the rich history of azulejos, from their origins to their contemporary applications.

What to expect:

• Hands-on experience: You will have the unique opportunity to paint your own tile. There's nothing like practice to learn! I will guide you step by step, and you will have a selection of models to choose from.

• Location: The workshop will take place in my studio in Madredeus, near the historic Alfama district and the Azulejo Museum, an ideal setting for your creative adventure.

• Materials provided: All the materials needed to create your tile will be provided, as well as delicious snacks to give you energy.

• Take your creations home: At the end of the workshop, you will have to wait a day or two for the tiles to be fired, then you will leave with your two beautiful painted tiles – a lasting souvenir of your visit to Lisbon!
