Reviews: From Cadiz: Tarifa & Roman Ruins
Guest User2026-10-03
Roman Ruins and Tarifa – beautiful places. Tarifa offers many places to visit, but it's worth allocating more free time for participants. Two hours is too short. It's worth taking a walk along the causeway, which leads to what appear to be abandoned military buildings. From the causeway, the views are stunning: the beach, crystal-clear turquoise water. Wonderful. The castle – not very interesting, but worth visiting. A suggestion for the tour operator – the first stop in a small resort town should be shortened; 15 minutes is enough, not 40. You can use this time for Tarifa. Overall, I recommend it.

Guest User2026-10-31
just fab - Javier was so engaging, passionate and humorous about his city, it's present and past. Cadiz is just ace and Javier showed us the main sites and the history of this amazing place. Communication was the best with msgs saying where to meet, with directions and after with links to restaurants and bodegas. couldn't fault it at all

The tour was very well organized, even though there were some small delays at the start. The guides were exceptional, and the various places and activities offered were of a high standard, very interesting, and worthwhile.
