I must say, the biggest satisfaction of this trip was our chartered car arrangement. With three adults and three children, taking public transportation to and from our destinations during the hot summer would have been difficult and time-consuming, not to mention that taxis weren't as convenient as we imagined. So, we planned a day trip with a chartered car. The car was excellent, clean and comfortable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, was incredibly kind and professional. He arranged a smooth route for us, ensuring we didn't waste time at any of the places we wanted to visit, and arriving and departing comfortably. We're already looking forward to our next trip to Macau, and we hope Mr. Lin will accompany us again on our next chartered car trip! 👍🏼 (Five-star review)

We had dinner for the whole family. It's certainly not cheap, but considering the price, the food at Bakal is quite competitive. There's a wide selection of delicious food, from crab and oysters to steaks and New Zealand lamb. Drinks included: Coca-Cola, juices, water, and other soft drinks. We bought a bottle of white wine for 250 MOP. Everything was prepared deliciously. They even prepare many dishes right in front of you, like sushi.

I bought the FunPASS beforehand, and used it directly according to my itinerary after arriving in Hong Kong, saving a lot of time. There are many attractions to choose from, allowing me to plan my trip according to my interests without having to buy tickets for each place. We had an excellent experience with this travel company. The transfer from Hong Kong to Macao was completely seamless, using two Toyota Alphard vehicles that were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The drivers were outstanding — very professional, punctual, and friendly, which made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. Border procedures were handled efficiently, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and premium transfer service between Hong Kong and Macao. We will definitely use their service again.
