Special praise to the driver: his driving skills were top-notch, the ride was smooth and safe, and his service was warm and attentive. He proactively helped with luggage, reminded us of important points, and provided professional explanations throughout the trip. The entire team's service was exceptional; they responded promptly, made excellent arrangements, and the itinerary was well-paced with ample time for sightseeing. The grandeur of Tiger Leaping Gorge is a must-see. Napa Lake doesn't show its full beauty in winter, but the prayer flags offer stunning photo opportunities. It's highly recommended to prepare for altitude sickness beforehand and take Rhodiola rosea in advance. Make sure to eat a good breakfast, as the journey is long. Our guide and driver were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering helpful suggestions and providing excellent explanations – five stars!

We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!

First of all, the customer service was excellent, helping me resolve car issues before departure. Secondly, the driver was very nice and patient; when a minor accident occurred during the trip, he patiently helped resolve it. The customer service representative was also very helpful in communicating and resolving the issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant group tour experience, with no shopping stops and no mandatory meal arrangements. I highly recommend this travel agency for a Tiger Leaping Gorge day trip.

The driver arranged pick-up and drop-off a day in advance, with accurate license plate information, and was reliable, dependable, and easy to understand. He provided helpful tips on Buddhist safety at the attractions, and spoke English to foreign tourists, making communication at the sites simple and easy. He was truly multi-talented, ensuring everything was well-organized for each tourist. We visited every attraction thoroughly! We had a fantastic time! Lunch was also great – unlimited meat and vegetables, and free-flowing local wines – as long as we didn't waste any! Interactive activities included presenting hadas (ceremonial scarves), learning to dance, and more – a truly enriching experience! Tashi Delek! I'd definitely come back again! A top-notch tour from Ctrip, the arrangements were excellent!

This trip to Shangri-La is really worth it! Special thanks to Master Lu for taking me to Songzanlin Temple early in the morning, perfect to avoid the crowds, and took a lot of beautiful scenery! Then I went to Pudacuo National Park. The scenery of Duhu Lake was so beautiful that people could breathe. I have been to Napa Sea. Master Lu sent me to the niche Shika Snow Mountain and received a surprise! Because of Master Lu's professionalism, the whole journey is both worry-free and fulfilling. Highly recommended to all friends who want to come to Shangri-La for in-depth tours, choose Master Lu will definitely make your trip different!


