I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. I could choose to use 15 days within two months, which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it.★

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. It took us through a part of Rome we otherwise hadn't seen, and covered both the Jewish history in this part of town, and some very interesting Roman ruins. Our tour guide, Arkaprovo, did a great job. He had a lot of energy although probably could stand to talk a bit louder, especially in crowded areas. He did not have as deep a knowledge base as some other tours we went on during our trip, but that hardly seems fair. He is a local student and we paid only 5 Euros each for this tour. Other tours we took were led by professional archeologists and cost a whole lot more. In terms of bang for the buck, this tour was great, and a fantastic way to close out our time in Rome.About
