Reviews: Barcelona Unique Sunset Sailing Experience with Tapas & Open Bar
Guest User2025-10-09
Captain and musician were great The sail was beautiful, really lovely. If you are expecting more than 1 of 4 tapas, or the most basic of drinks - don't bother. Geared for younger people who just want to drink. Eight American sized people are too tight in the main area. 2 of the 4 couples went to the front of the boat, so it worked out. But if it had been all older couples that would have been way too tight a fit. On another boat leaving at the same time was a couple with a smaller dog, and they allowed the dog. I didn't think that was okay. Not safe for them to be underfoot or even on the aeat in choppy waters.

One of the most popular attractions in Barcelona. There are more people during Christmas. But it's still worth a visit

What an absolutely fantastic experience. This exceeded all my expectations. From the shopping experience with Matty and cooking class with Maya, everything was so informative and enjoyable. I commend Matty for recognizing my husband's mobility issues and paced the walking portion appropriately. He also provided information on sites along the way from the meeting location to the market and finally the kitchen. Maya was so pleasant in describing how paella is made and answering many questions that I'm sure she's been asked hundreds of times before. The hands-on portion of the class was fun as each of us got assignments to do. So all of us participated in the making of the dish. Which was so worth the wait! It was delicious and so much better than anything you could buy on the Ramblas. Knowing only the freshest and finest ingredients used only added to its deliciousness. And the sangria was pretty darn good too. Plus Matty showed us how to make the sangria at home. And it was bottomless! Would I recommend this tour? Absolutely!! Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your appetite. Shout out to the fellow group of visitors on this tour. There were about 12 of us and we were a fun and friendly bunch!
