You will discover 5 top-class Greek wines, the primary grapes of this land and you will pair them with artisanal cheeses from the mainland and islands of Greece. We will go deep into the wine regions, back to the ancient Greek history, the grape varieties, the cultivation etc. Most of the information is projected onto our matrix and the wine charts while we introduce and explain in a casual and laid-back atmosphere. Lastly, you will learn how to evaluate wines and we will reveal how we recognize the quality in a wine.
