Details: Discover DNA of Argentine cuisine through a whole menu from scratch in our hands-on experience. The flight begins by tasting a welcome homemade “picada” while we learn about the history of Argentine cuisine. Then, we roll up our sleeves and cook a four-course local menu, which includes a snack, appetizer, main course, and dessert. During the experience, we will not only learn how to prepare traditional recipes, but also about their history and origin. Finally, following our customs, we will share everything we cooked sitting around our table, in an intimate and cozy atmosphere where you can meet travelers from all around the world, and, why not? Make new journey friends. Local Buenos Aires recommendations and class recipes will be provided together with class pictures for your trip memories :) Join us and let the cooking adventure begin! 3.5 hours experience - can be adapted to 2.5 hours for private groups Offered only in English (for private groups can be held in Spanish)

Dish details: A really tasty recipe which shows the mixture of Guarani culture and Spanish influences in Argentina. Small delicious yuca breads filled with cheese.

Dish details: One of the most desired and craved dishes in Argentina. We will how to make the dough from scratch and then learn both the filling and folding.

Dish details: Traditional recipe originally from the Andean Area of America Latina. It is a dish based in corn with different vegetables, spices and cheese.
