The pick-up and drop-off were very punctual, and the driver and Chinese-speaking customer service were exceptionally responsible.
The itinerary was excellent. We spent about two hours at the wildlife park, then went snorkeling and took photos with starfish at the starfish beach, enjoyed some water and the sea breeze, and ate seafood on a fish raft when we got hungry. The shrimp and fish were huge and delicious, and we could also watch the sunset.
On the way back, they even stopped by the Yangdong Town Night Market to buy some fruit (we were staying in the very remote New World Hotel…).★

The tour was wonderful. Everything was as described, except for the fact that we lingered a bit longer on the beach. The bee farm was absolutely fantastic, I definitely recommend it. The guide was very funny and told a ton of interesting stories. The buses were comfortable, apparently air-conditioned, and they even gave out free water.★

Because October is still the rainy season, and we were worried about rain, we booked our trip to Phu Quoc Island in advance. Booking a day early allows for a full-day trip. The itinerary includes two snorkeling sessions, fishing, lunch on the boat, and finally, swimming on the beach or other water activities at your own expense (jet skis, banana boats, etc.). The boarding and disembarking points are near Sunset Town.★

The booking process was very quick and smooth. The on-site experience was just average in terms of value for money; the local weather was so hot that you needed to get some fresh air after just ten minutes in the hot tub. It's a unique experience, and I wouldn't highly recommend it if you're short on time. The sunset on the beach was beautiful, but I didn't see any fire dance performance.
