The tour with Bernard was fantastic. We were picked up on time and given a warm welcome. Towards the end of the drive to Niagara Falls, Bernard filled the experience with interesting facts about the various lakes and places around us. There were two stops where we could take photos and a free maple syrup tasting. Once we arrived at the falls, he gave us some tips, and we were free to explore on our own. After four hours, we met up again, and he brought us back safely. Bernard is a particularly great tour guide for German speakers, as he speaks German very well and has close ties to the German community.★

It was such a nice trip. Perfectly organized with tons of spare time! We had so much fun and time to explore the falls and take everything in. Winston our driver was so sweet and kind! Absolutely loved this trip.★

Contrary to what I've read, the directions are clearly marked. There are also maps and an app to help you find your way around. In winter, the price is indeed lower, and there are fewer people, which is a real plus. Plus, the volunteers really take the time to talk to us passionately about the animals. Thank you to them! Some areas are closed at this time of year (it's perfectly normal not to see lions outside in the snow 🫣, but I was a little disappointed not to be able to access the Canadian Domain. There must be a good reason). The park must be truly amazing in the warmer months. Best of luck to the whole zoo team!About
