Paragliding experience at Linzhou Taihang Mountain International Paragliding Base [Free shuttle service from Linzhou city center + complimentary GoPro video recording]

1. Participants must be between 5 and 60 years old, weigh no more than 90 kg, and have no history of high blood pressure, heart disease, coronary heart disease, severe acrophobia, epilepsy, or vertigo. The club reserves the right to refuse Paragliding activity to travelers with the aforementioned conditions or those unsuitable for outdoor extreme sports.

2. Travelers who have undergone major surgery or are pregnant within the last three months are not permitted to experience the flight.

3. Travelers who have consumed alcohol are not permitted to fly.

4. High heels and slippers are prohibited during the flight experience. Please be sure to wear outdoor shoes or casual sports shoes.

5. Do not carry items that obstruct flight operations throughout the flight. Please check in large or valuable items you are carrying.

6. You must obey the instructions of the base staff and wear protective gear, including elbow pads, knee pads, a seat harness, and a helmet.

7. When paragliding takes off, please cooperate fully with your instructor, lean slightly forward, work together, control your body's center of gravity, and run forcefully in the direction indicated by the instructor until you fly clear of the mountain.

8. During running, strictly prohibit improper body movements such as jumping, sitting, squatting, leaning backward, or bending knees.

9. During flight, you must follow the instructor's directions, reduce your range of motion to avoid dangerous situations, and never unfasten any equipment without permission (including harnesses, helmets, protective gear, et cetera).

10. When landing, participants must follow the instructor's commands, straighten their legs, raise the camera, and cooperate with the instructor to complete the landing.

11. You must provide a real and valid ID number before the experience. The base provides complimentary flight insurance, and in the event of an accident, it will be handled according to the flight insurance terms.

12. Paragliding is highly dependent on weather conditions. If the experience cannot be enjoyed due to weather or other force majeure factors, a free refund or rescheduling is available (flight insurance fees purchased on the same day are non-refundable).
