Details: During the class, you will learn how to make Roti (Chapati – Indian Bread), Aloo Pyaaj Sabji (a local favorite made with potatoes and onions), Daal Fry (Lentils), Chana Masala, Khoya Paneer, or another seasonal vegetable. For sweets (Meetha), you will learn how to make Kheer (Rice Pudding). (Any 4 items – you can expect 2 vegetables, Chapati, and Rice Pudding.) If you choose to learn Breakfast, you can make Masala Tea, Upma, Idli, Poha, Aloo Paratha, Vegetable Spring Roll, or Vegetable Cutlet. (Any 3 items.) You can also inform us if there is any specific Indian dish you would like to learn before joining the program, and we will be happy to teach you. The class is specially designed to be hands-on, with expert guidance from our chef host. We also share the chef's contact details so that once you return home, you can reach out if you need any help.
