Our Culinary experience starts with a brief introduction and examples of México's essential ingredients and flavors, most representative food, how to classify and bu dry chiles, and all about tortilla process.
Then, we´ll go through the whole process, from scratch, to prepare and cook an authentic and traditional Mexican meal, including the star of Mexican food: tortillas from scratch!
Many of the dishes you will learn and cook come from my own family recipes. As a Mexican native, I inherited my Mexican cuisine from my previous generations, and my passion too!
Cooking class completed, we´ll sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor, along with a "jarrito de agua fresca " or beer, or wine, or both!
