Are the videographers/photographers professional?

All are experienced photography teams with over 5 years of expertise, using high-end DSLR cameras worth $4,000–5,000, equipped with exclusive Canon/Sony/Nikon gear including sliders, jibs, stabilizers, and tripods. They utilize Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom/Premiere software for retouching, editing, and color grading.

- When will the film be released?

The photos will be sent to your email or cloud storage within 48 hours after shooting. Please save them promptly, as the store only provides free storage for one month.

- What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the product?

Before the shoot, the videographer/photographer will have an in-depth discussion with you to ensure alignment on the shooting theme and style, preventing many post-production issues. After the session, you can review the footage on the camera and confirm acceptance if satisfied. If unsatisfied with the composition, you may refuse payment, request a refund of any prepaid amounts, and have the photos deleted on the spot. This service-based product does not accept refunds.

· What to do if the weather forecast says rain?

The weather forecast for coastal areas is unreliable. We always refer to the weather conditions one hour before the shoot and never rely on forecasts because they're inaccurate. If it rains, we can switch to indoor shooting or offer a full refund.

· Ideal filming time?

9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 3:00 PM–6:00 PM. Mornings offer bright lighting and kids are usually more energetic. Afternoons provide a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, and it gets cooler as the day progresses. Night photography is challenging with lower success rates, so it's not recommended.

· Are costumes provided?

Travel photography services have fully aligned with European and American standards - wear your own clothes, capture your unique style, don't be someone else's shadow, and discover your true beauty (∩_∩).

- Can I cancel the shoot if something comes up? In case of rain on the shooting day, you can reschedule, switch to an indoor location, or get a full refund. For other personal reasons preventing normal shooting or itinerary changes, modifications and refunds will follow platform policies. Cloudy weather allows for normal shooting.

- How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. You can place your order as soon as your hotel is confirmed, or even on the same day (please contact customer support for same-day orders).

· How do we receive the videos/photos? All videos and photos are digital copies. They will be edited and sent to you via email. If you'd like prints, you can find many affordable photo printing services on other platforms that offer home delivery.

[What if I'm not satisfied with the photos?] After the shoot, you can review the photos on the camera. Confirm receipt if satisfied, or immediately notify customer support if unsatisfied for a refund, and we'll delete the photos on the spot. [Note] If you don't have time to review the photos on the same day after shooting, inform customer support immediately to view watermarked samples online. [Tip] Our studio may use some customer photos as samples for display. If you object, please notify us in advance or afterward, and we'll remove them promptly.

This product provides on-site service. No transportation fee will be charged within 15 km from the city center (special locations excluded). For distances exceeding 15 km, a fee will apply (e.g., 16 km = CNY 18). The rate is CNY 3 per km (please consult customer support for details).
