I met with my Sherpa (guide), Katia, at the appointed meeting place. No one else showed up, so I got a very private tour and she could focus on my food preferences. My favorite was the spinach and chickpeas, which I had on the other tour, and they were both excellent. I tried a couple of different olive oils and each was different. This was an excellent way to try the local gastronomy without big plates of food and having a wide variety.★
