It was a nice trip, the bus was almost on time, support team connected with me and informed. The bus is comfortable and driver is a friendly person speaking English. The part in the city was a bit short, it would be better to have a one more hour for walking, guide is a witty and welcoming, but I was a bit disappointed about historical information, I've got from internet more than during the trip with guide. Anyway, it was a nice day, thanks!

Our day trip to Wulong was fantastic! The magnificent Three Natural Bridges and the deep, secluded Longshuixia Gorge were breathtaking. We also visited the grasslands of Fairy Mountain, and all the highlights were included – we checked them all off the list! Our driver, Xiao Tan, was especially great; he drove very smoothly, provided professional commentary, and was very patient! He deserves praise from the company! The itinerary was well-planned, with no shopping stops, making for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^


