Details: Morning Cooking Class Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Itinerary 9:00 AM – Meet at your hotel or directly at the cooking class 9:45 AM – Visit a local fresh market and explore the ingredients used in Thai cooking. Try some Thai fruits, desserts, and snacks. 10:45 AM – Arrive at the kitchen, settle in, and enjoy a welcome drink and light snack. 11:00 AM – Begin cooking at your own personal station. A printed program will be provided. You'll enjoy a fun, hands-on experience while learning new skills. Throughout the class, you will be guided step by step through each recipe. We will explain the differences in Thai herbs and seasonings, and offer suggestions.
