1. The trip was delayed by an hour this morning because the driver went to the wrong hotel (originally scheduled for 08:30, arriving at 09:40). Although I confirmed the day before, the same thing happened. Customer service was proactive in helping, but the response time was slow. Therefore, I recommend keeping track of the status after booking to avoid ruining your trip. 2. The itinerary is flexible, essentially a private car with pick-up and drop-off. You can also stop and shorten waiting times along the way, making it quite flexible overall. 3. The buffet at Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden was rather ordinary, and the ticket price doesn't include a shuttle bus. I suggest paying extra to avoid not being able to finish exploring the entire garden.

Since it is a 10-seater vehicle, there is plenty of space, and it was really great for a family tour of six with my parents. The driver drove safely and comfortably, allowing us to rest easily during the journey. It was wonderful to be able to tour the key Pattaya attractions, such as the Sanctuary of Truth and Nong Nu Village, exclusively with our family. The vehicle was clean and the driver was kind, so I highly recommend this for a family trip with your parents.

A very enjoyable day trip! The itinerary was well-planned, the car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was very attentive and helpful. However, I'd like to remind everyone to buy your Sanctuary of Truth tickets on Ctrip a day in advance; buying them on-site will cost double. The Sanctuary of Truth is definitely worth visiting. The elephant show at Nong Nooch Tropical Garden was adorable. We had a buffet lunch at Nong Nooch Tropical Garden with a wide variety of dishes. The Four Directions Canal was okay, but taking a boat ride around it felt a bit like cruising through a mini-Venice.

First all, I just want to say that I really loved our guide Noni! ❤️ He was amazing from start to finish! Been a great experience. Comfortable, spacious van and we were able to visit all the places in our itinerary (thanks Noni!) Noni was a pro, very knowledgeable, made sure we’re briefed and know where to go and what to do. He was Mr. Eveready! Not only because of his good energy but he had everything we need in the trip that I did not expect a guide will provide…powerbank? ✅ portable fan? ✅

Great organisation. Fast communication with the manager via WhatsApp. The driver arrived earlier than scheduled, and we stayed in touch through Facebook while we were out. He took us to the entrance and even bought the tickets for us. Everything was excellent — we really enjoyed it.


