The Cleopatra Plus massage program was a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience. Included in the price were sauna, steam room, hammam, a body scrub, and a face mask. The subsequent 45-minute massage was particularly soothing and perfectly complemented the entire experience. You feel truly refreshed and relaxed afterward.
The organization was also flawless: Pick-up and drop-off were reliable. Booking is initially done through Trip.com, where you select the date. The tour agency then contacts you via WhatsApp to arrange your preferred time. Despite high demand, we received the exact time we had requested, which was a major plus.
Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable getaway.★

Pre-trip information about requiring cash not card for payment of goggles, scarfs, photos would’ve been helpful. We were told that drinks were free on entry to the evening meal however a drinks menu was given,we chose a drink and then had to pay for them. It was a bit misleading as the free drink was a small plastic cup of coke. We were scrambling around to pay the bill ?? there was no preview of photos and our purchase showed lots of strangers and seemed to focus on same people ★

I must say I enjoyed the excursion. The tour guide explained everything very well, and we learned a lot about Egypt. For me, it was an interesting tour with new insights into Egypt. The only thing I didn't want was the shop where you could buy things; I could have just booked a shopping tour instead. But otherwise, I was quite satisfied.★
