Excellent service! I don't know how to swim and it was my first time. They helped me get underwater and I was always accompanied by one of the instructors. Everything was incredible and perfect. They are very professional. What a wonderful experience I'm taking away from Hurghada!

Tour leader Haiming was serious and responsible, and took care of every detail. The journey from China to Egypt was extremely smooth. Egypt is worth a visit for friends who like traveling.

The activity itself was very good, excellent organization, and the guide was attentive. However, I was less than thrilled that they tried to charge me for a headscarf and a mask when everything was included. It was free after some negotiation. It was also a shame that they didn't have the option of using a blower to remove the sand at the end. These last two points are included in the price for quad biking in Morocco.

Pre-trip information about requiring cash not card for payment of goggles, scarfs, photos would’ve been helpful. We were told that drinks were free on entry to the evening meal however a drinks menu was given,we chose a drink and then had to pay for them. It was a bit misleading as the free drink was a small plastic cup of coke. We were scrambling around to pay the bill ?? there was no preview of photos and our purchase showed lots of strangers and seemed to focus on same people

I must say I enjoyed the excursion. The tour guide explained everything very well, and we learned a lot about Egypt. For me, it was an interesting tour with new insights into Egypt. The only thing I didn't want was the shop where you could buy things; I could have just booked a shopping tour instead. But otherwise, I was quite satisfied.


