I made the reservation after arriving in Siem Reap (the day before). After booking, our guide, Sarak, confirmed the pickup location, time, and advance ticket purchase details via WhatsApp, so I was able to arrive at the destination with peace of mind. On the day, I arrived with plenty of time to spare. After watching the sunrise, I was given detailed explanations of the history of the area as we toured the various sites, and I think he was a great guide. I cannot recommend this enough.
Particularly if you have never visited Phnom Penh before.
I really recommend you go on your first evening as it's a great way to introduce to alot of places and it was you could see the landmarks in quiet, so can take as long as you want to take photos etc.
Mr Thy was a great guide. Very informative and knowledgeable on Cambodia history. Thankfully he speaks English.. A trip like this really helps us visitors have a better sense of the rich history here.
