We really enjoyed this trip. Our guide, Maria was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Her English is excellent and she really gave us a taste of the true Bulgaria. Her enthusiasm for, and love of, her country was infectious. The tour itself was extremely well organised with pick up and drop off from our apartment. The trip to Lovech was 2.5 hrs with a midway break for drinks and a comfort stop. The trip was exactly as described and Maria was flexible and allowed us to guide how long we spent in each place. We would highly recommend the trip.

Great tour to a really pretty part of the country. Our guide Pavel was incredible, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave us great narration throughout the tour and answered all of the questions we had, I feel like I learned a lot! I’d absolutely recommend this tour.

The monastery was very beautiful and the 7 Rila lakes was amazing as well the walk is about 2-3 hours and very beautiful. The guide made a good atmosphere in the car and the people were also very nice
