How to use
Mobile or paper ticket accepted
The visitor has to go through the ticket office to collect a direct entry ticket with their seat number that has been awarded by purchase order.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
