Everything was great. I found the counter by the pier and was given a sticker. I went into the first-class lounge. Comfortable sofas, snacks, fruit, tea, coffee, cola, and Fanta. No cockroaches. Everything was convenient. The price difference from the standard version was small, but the comfort was superior. I'm happy. The transfer service was also well-organized. Those with transfers had a separate exit from the pier, and they were already assigned to cars.

We booked a speedboat through trip.com to Phi Phi Island with a transfer. It was very convenient and on time. We were picked up from our hotel, taken to the pier, and loaded our bags very quickly, reaching the island in 50 minutes. Absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it.
