I loved being able to see the special custom of changing of the guards! Our guide was very informative, knew the best place for us to stand, and somehow kept a very large group of 30 together. That said, I do think the group was far too large, especially since the sites we were seeing were so crowded as it was. It was also quite difficult at times trying to keep up from place to place as the pace is very fast. Overall it was a good overview of major London sites and I would recommend this tour.

The meeting point was difficult to find. As a result, we arrived late, but luckily we were able to join the tour an hour later. The correct meeting point is at the Ritz Hotel, about 5-10 minutes away from the posted location. The tour itself was good. Our guide told us a lot of interesting information about London, some of which was new to us.

The culinary standards are exceptional. Chef Alex delivers dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious, with wine pairings that hit the spot every time. Beyond the food, the customer service is a genuine 1000/10. I am extremely picky with food and had several specific requests, all of which were handled with total care and zero fuss. I have never had a culinary experience where I felt so completely "un-judged" for my preferences; when I messaged in advance, they provided alternatives that made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. The coach itself offers a unique, stylish way to see the city. It is fun, high-end, and surprisingly affordable for the quality provided. Whether you are a local or a visitor, don’t miss this.


