We made a last minute booking during Chinese New Year holidays. Aether Tours contacted us immediately on WeChat to arrange for the driver to pick us the next day at our hotel. The vehicle is clean and comfortable and the driver is also very kind and helpful. The staff check in with us regularly throughout the day to make sure that we are fine. Kudos to the entire team for helping us have a wonderful experience.

This was my first time booking a service on Trip, and I was very satisfied. Since my friend and I are both women, we were arranged a female guide. She was very enthusiastic, and I was truly happy with the experience that day. It was only a slight pity that at the end of January there wasn’t much snow on the mountain.

We had an amazing time learning about Sichuan culture and cuisine plus Chengdu local life with Jerry. Upon meeting he took us to the neighbor market and walked us from stall to stall, explaining the uses/significance of seemingly every product around. Very comfortable experience. He clearly enjoys showing and explaining everything and nothing felt rushed while we took in the market. Then for the cooking class, we prepared three essentiap Sichuan dishes alongside Jerry and some school chefs who all walked us through the process. Everything was explained thoroughly and appropriately before starting and it came out great in the end. We came out satisfied with the experience and proud of the level of cooking we had produced! Perfect for people wanting to learn more about Sichuan food and the region as a whole. We knew a little about the cuisine prior to the class but learned a ton of new things in the process. We also felt that this is suitable for total newcomers too.

Amazing experience. Lance is a knowledgeable and informative host. The tour through the markets was a great experience and I learned a lot about the food and culture. Li was a great chef and teacher which resulted in many delicious dishes to be eaten. I left with happy memories, a full belly and a collection of recipes to try at home.
