First of all, the customer service was excellent, helping me resolve car issues before departure. Secondly, the driver was very nice and patient; when a minor accident occurred during the trip, he patiently helped resolve it. The customer service representative was also very helpful in communicating and resolving the issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant group tour experience, with no shopping stops and no mandatory meal arrangements. I highly recommend this travel agency for a Tiger Leaping Gorge day trip.

This Shangri-La day trip truly exceeded my expectations! No shopping stops, no hard-sell tactics – the pure enjoyment was fantastic. We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!

The route was perfectly organized! Excellent car and driver. We saw all the sights in peace and quiet, with plenty of stops at interesting places. About 10 hours from Lijiang to Shangri-La on a gorgeous mountain road. Constant support via WeChat. We highly recommend!

First of all, they have to mention their photography technology. It is really superb! The photographer's capture skills are in place, always capture the most natural and vivid moments. Moreover, the equipment they use is also top-notch, ensuring the quality of the photo. During the shoot, I had no need to worry about my performance at all, as the photographer would guide me to the best of it.


