Jeff was our guide and he was so knowledgeable and accommodating. It was just our family and he customized it to what we wanted/needed. The banter in the truck was a lot of fun and we learned so much. Jeff was also great about taking us to the best photo spots and taking family photos for us. Overall a really fun experience. easy to use, e-sim, activated straight away. good reception in cities i visited, Mexico city & Oaxaca. the data can we shared as hot spot too. I loved that it inculded 20min call, as it is sometime needed for local calls for drivers, restaurant bookings, local tour communication and emergency people can call you. the only down side was, the provider wanted me to register but there is no way i could fin the long sim number anywhere. so couldn't get registered.

We had a great tour of Palm Desert with the Desert Adventures Company. it was fun being in an open air Jeep and viewing all of the cool in that area. Our tour guide was interesting and very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about geology of the region and the San Andreas Fault in particular. The hiking was easy and we took some great pics, building memories that we'll enjoy remembering.


