· What are the qualifications of the photographer/videographer?
Our photographers are all experienced travel photographers, equipped with full-frame DSLR cameras including Canon, Sony, and Nikon series, and use professional software for retouching, color grading, and fine-tuning.
• [When will the film be released?]
The photos will be sent to your email or cloud storage within 24 hours (excluding the day of shooting). Please download them promptly, as the store provides free storage for one month only.
There is also an on-site photo collection package, please contact customer support.
· Where is the free to-door pick-up area?
Photographers provide free door-to-door service within 15 km of the city government. For locations beyond this range, please contact customer support for transportation fee details.
· What to do if the weather forecast predicts rain?
We always refer to the actual weather conditions one hr before the shoot, not weather forecasts, because they're unreliable.

The travel photography service model has fully aligned with Western standards - wear your own clothes, capture your unique style, don't be someone else's shadow, and discover your authentic beauty (∩_∩).
· Can the shoot be canceled if something comes up?
In case of rainy weather on the scheduled shooting day, rescheduling or a refund is available. For other personal reasons preventing normal shooting or itinerary changes, modifications and refunds will be processed according to platform policies. Cloudy weather conditions allow for normal shooting.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance. You can place your order once you've decided on the date, or even on the same day if needed (please contact customer support for same-day bookings).
· How do we get the photos?
The photos are digital copies and will be uniformly sent via chat once edited. If you'd like prints, you can search for many affordable photo printing shops on other online stores that offer home delivery with free shipping.
· What is the best time for photography?
Shooting time is from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. Mornings usually have bright lighting and children are in good spirits. The afternoon hours are relaxed and pleasant.
· What if I'm not satisfied with the photos?
After the photoshoot is completed on the same day, you can review the photos on the camera. If satisfied, confirm receipt. If unsatisfied, please immediately notify customer support for a refund, and the photos will be deleted on the spot.

If you don't have time to review the photos on the same day after shooting, please immediately inform customer support. You can view watermarked photos online, and a full refund is available if unsatisfied. However, once you confirm the photos are acceptable and receive the watermark-free versions, refunds will no longer be possible. Please use this service product as agreed to avoid unnecessary losses for both parties.
