We were very satisfied with the trip. All three of our children had a great time. Chen Ping's arrangement of changing tour guides was very reasonable, suitable for all ages, relaxed and not rushed, making it perfect for a family trip. Although the weather wasn't great, they were still very attentive. Thankfully, there was transportation throughout the trip, which was so convenient!

Ms. Wang did a great job and was on time, friendly and helpful. Service in Mandarin which to me doesn’t matter but English is limited. Definitely would use again, great experience

Full day tour to see several different tulou in different areas, with lunch included. Good value for money. A fair bit of walking, often on cobblestone streets, so comfortable shoes are recommended. No hard selling.

The tour was well organised - despite there only being two of us it went ahead and became a private tour instead so we enjoyed ourselves. The driver was very good and safe at driving, knowledgable and proactive at taking photos and guiding us away from the crowds. My only recommendation is to alter the tour (contact the tour operator earlier if you can) and skip Yunshuiyao, and go see Yongding Tulou instead as its a bit different from the Tianluokeng cluster.


