Details: This experience will introduce you to the art of Indian cooking whilst allowing you to immerse yourself in an authentic Indian home. This is our home where we live and carry out our day to day lives. We'll welcome you at our home and serve you a welcome drink. You'll be introduced to an Indian kitchen and briefed on all the different types of Indian cuisine. We'll focus in more detail on our family recipes which includes traditional vegetarian season dishes such as Palak paneer, garlic bhindi, aloo gobhi, dal, pumpkin curry, carrot curry, paneer masala, tinda curry, egg plant masala, baigan bharta, gutta curry, chapati, paratha and one type of rice. It is a hands-on experience so we will help you create delicious dishes. We will also prepare the dessert together.
