Entertainment was excellent. Food was excellent as well and plenty to eat. crew was happy, helpful and very accommodating. would not recommend upgrade though early boarding no plus and booze upgrade didn't seem adequate. But overall experience excellent and would do again!★

We went snorkeling with friends, ages ranging from 4-45. This adventure was a fabulous one for everyone! Our guide was able to share knowledge and history about the area and animal life. He was wonderful working with the kids and everyone had a wonderful experience. ★

My husband and I had an amazing time on this activity. Louis and his crew were amazing and so hospitable and accommodating. Carlo was our main guide and he had great energy and made everything so much fun. He went above and beyond, and that was evidenced when he really helped someone on our boat who was terrified to snorkel because she could not swim. He stayed by her side the whole time and afterwards she shared with us that she would do it again and was trying to overcome her fear. She also shared that she was going to learn how to swim. Bravo Carlo! Alexis was also super nice. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the captain of our ship, but we were in good hands with him. Again, kudos to the entire team and Louis thanks for all your great communication!★

Our tour guides Didi (not 100% sure about the spelling) and Johnny were absolutely exceptional. Didi has an incredible eye; He knew exactly where to find the fish and sea lions, and thanks to her, we had the unforgettable experience of swimming right next to a huge sea lion. Johnny then took us around the Arch to the Pacific side, which was just as amazing. Seeing the hidden beaches and watching the waves crash dramatically into the caves, places you’d never see from the other side, made the whole trip feel truly special. Highly recommend this tour if you want something beyond the usual experience!★

Couldn’t have asked for better trip! They provided a photographer on board and for about 140 pics at $40 - don’t bother with trying- just enjoy the time- she captured great shots. The “captain” asked if we wanted to go here or there - beach etc. Leo checked us in and was patient when my phone acted up. Hint- going TAKE water taxi by ship tender pier to the Breathless hotel pier (our check in point) 1.5 mile walk - worth the $5 per person going then a leisurely walk back
