How to use
All times are given in local time
You'll receive your Trip.com booking confirmation and e-voucher upon successful booking
Please present your e-voucher/booking confirmation/QR code/verification code/reference number at the ticket counter (Lungarno degli Acciaiuoli) 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time to receive your admission ticket and download the audio guide using the on-site free Wi-Fi
Remember NOT to go directly to the museum entrance with your voucher
You're required to present a valid ID to enter the attraction

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- You'll access the Uffizi Gallery at the time booked. Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes in advance to collect your tickets and download the audio guide to your smartphone (you will not receive another device)
- Tickets cannot be purchased by school groups. Those who will not follow this rule will not be accepted at the entrance and will not get a refund
- Please note that until 30 September 2022, holders of an entrance ticket to the Uffizi have free access to the Museo dell'Opificio delle Pietre Dure in Florence. The single ticket and the 3-day cumulative ticket can be used until the fifth day after the activation day
- On March 8, for International Women's Day, admission to museums, archaeological sites and state monuments is free for all women
