Experience Notes:

1. In case of emergency situations such as sudden gusts, turbulence, or rain and fog due to weather conditions, the pilot has the right to make an early landing to ensure passenger safety.

2. In the event of flight cancellations due to force majeure reasons such as sudden weather changes, temporary military bans, or unexpected equipment failures that prevent the aircraft from meeting the takeoff conditions required by Aviation Safety Regulations, passengers may request a rescheduled flight or receive a full refund.

3. If a passenger cancels their flight booking due to personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation and no refund will be issued.

4. Passengers in good health aged 2–65 can fly (children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult).

5. Avoid wearing white or very light-colored clothing during the flight (in high-altitude areas, incomplete fuel atomization may occasionally produce black water droplets the size of broad beans). Do not wear high heels, slippers, or ultra-short skirts. Refrain from excessive alcohol consumption the night before the flight.

6. Pregnant women, individuals with high blood pressure, those with pacemakers, those with mobility issues, those with infectious diseases, or those with other conditions unsuitable for outdoor activities are not permitted to participate in the flight.

7. Non-flying relatives are not allowed to accompany in the same vehicle to the flight site (if you wish to go together, please arrange your own transportation).

Each hot air balloon ride can accommodate up to 8 people, and it can take off with just one reservation.
