Details: We will pick you up from your hotel between 9:30 - 10:00 AM (Morning class) , 3:00-3:30 PM (Afternoon class). Then we go to the local fresh market in order to learn about the ingredients you will use while cooking; Thai herbs, vegetables, spices used in the homemade chili pastes. You will also learn about where everything at the market comes from; seafood, fresh coconut milk, meats, and all the tropical fruit. While at the market you will also have the opportunity to shop for yourself.
- Back at the cooking class you will cook by using the ingredients from the market.
- Learn to make the curry pastes from scratch and cook with your own homemade curry paste.

Dish name: Kaeng Chu Chi Pla( Traditional Southern curry from scratch).
Dish details: A selection of Andaman fish cooked it with homemade curry paste from scratch and fresh coconut milk from our local market.

Dish name: Bualoi (Thai riceball in warm coconut milk)
Dish details: Traditional Thai dessert made from stickey rice flour and special ingredients. Unique preparation. Boil in hot water and cook in warm coconut milk.
