If the package does not include the death railway train ride and you wish to take the train, please contact customer support immediately after booking to inquire about adding attraction fees. Same-day additions or changes are not permitted. Please note.
Booking information
The driver is a local Thai native speaker who does not speak Chinese. After booking, our customer support team (available in Chinese, English, and Thai) will contact you via WeChat/WhatsApp/Line to coordinate the itinerary. Please provide your contact info when booking.
Private tour without guide and rideshare. The driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby (if the hotel is inaccessible, you'll need to walk to the entrance for pick-up).
The itinerary is for reference only. The visiting time and order of attractions may be adjusted based on the departure time, transportation conditions, and weather on the day. Please refer to the actual arrangements. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Vehicles will be arranged based on the actual number of people in the booking. If you need to upgrade your vehicle, additional fees will apply. Please contact customer support for specific charges.
5. The pick-up & drop-off area is limited to hotels within Bangkok city. Additional fees apply for out-of-area services, please contact customer support for inquiry. The return trip can drop you off at the original hotel or other locations outside the hotel (if outside the service area, customer support will discuss fees with you). The service concludes upon drop-off with no waiting time.

If you need to change the return hotel, please inform customer support before 17:00 at least one day in advance for modification (for same-day return time changes, please notify customer support at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time).
3. Thailand has high temperatures, strong UV radiation, and high humidity all year round, so it's essential to prepare for sun protection, heat prevention, rain protection, and mosquito prevention when traveling.
4. During the itinerary, please avoid carrying valuables. Check and keep your belongings safe when boarding, disembarking, and throughout the trip. You will be solely responsible for any lost items. (An extra charge of 300 THB applies for exceeding the vehicle rental duration by 1 hour; exceeding by 30 minutes but less than 1 hour will be charged as 1 hour. Return service outside the designated area is available - please contact customer support for specific fees.)
Reminder
1. Strong-smelling foods or items such as durian are prohibited on board. Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly forbidden in the vehicle.
2. If passengers are prone to motion sickness, please take motion sickness medicine in advance and prepare plastic bags. If vomiting occurs in the vehicle, passengers will be required to pay a cleaning fee (passengers are also responsible for any vehicle issues caused by their actions).
3. All passengers must fasten their seat belts. If passengers are found not wearing seat belts by police, they will bear the fines.
