(1) Please carefully read the safety instructions before boarding.
(2) Passengers under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to board the helicopter.
(3) Individuals with criminal records or prior convictions are not permitted to board the helicopter.
(4) Passengers with hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, pregnant women, and critically ill patients are not permitted to board the helicopter.
(5) Passengers taking the helicopter must ensure they are in good health without any medical conditions. If passengers conceal their health status and experience a recurrence of illness during the flight, Party A shall not be held responsible.
Only small carry-on luggage is permitted and subject to inspection when boarding the helicopter.
(7) Dangerous items such as flammable, explosive, toxic substances, knives, lighters, etc. are not allowed on helicopters.
8. Liquid beverages are not allowed on helicopters, and eating is discouraged during the flight.
(9) Please turn off electronic devices such as mobile phones and computers when boarding the helicopter. Any equipment that may interfere with radio signals is prohibited on the helicopter.
(10) Use the restroom before boarding as there are no toilets on the helicopter.
(11) Passengers must undergo security checks conducted by Party A's security personnel before boarding. Those who refuse inspection will be denied boarding.
(12) Passengers must be escorted by Party A staff when boarding or disembarking the helicopter. Party B must closely follow Party A staff during these procedures. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children. Any safety incidents caused by unauthorized running will be solely the responsibility of the passengers, who shall bear all consequences.
(13) Smoking is prohibited in the cabin.
14. When riding a helicopter, please follow the crew's instructions, fasten your seatbelt, and do not touch any buttons or switches on board.
(15) Aerial photography is prohibited in Sanya due to the presence of numerous military bases. Violators will bear full responsibility for any consequences.
(16) Do not open the helicopter door during flight. In case of emergency, follow the pilot's instructions to open the door by first lifting the button in front of the window upward, then sliding the button at the rear center of the door downward to the right, after which the door can be pushed open.
(17) Passengers must not request pilots to perform flights that violate safety regulations or aviation laws, nor engage in any behavior that may interfere with the pilot's duties (such as chatting, touching, verbal abuse, or physical assault).
(18) If you feel unwell during the helicopter ride, please inform the pilot immediately.
(19) In the event of an emergency during the helicopter flight, passengers must follow the pilot's instructions and must not attempt any self-rescue actions without authorization.
(20) The helicopter is equipped with life jackets. Please wear them properly before boarding and do not remove them during the flight.
(21) Compensation for accidental injuries or fatalities of helicopter passengers will be paid by the insurance company according to regulations, and Party A shall not bear any additional compensation costs.
(22) Passengers must present a valid ID when signing the agreement and before boarding.
(23) If Party A is unable to take off due to weather, air traffic control, or force majeure, it shall not be considered a breach of contract.
