The signage was clear, and the VIP lounge was very spacious. Even though it wasn't mealtime, the snacks offered were quite good, including satay noodles, fruit, and cake. It was a very comfortable place to relax when you're delayed by a layover.★

I felt itchy after lying down in the lounge. It seemed like no one regularly changed the towels on the massage chairs, and someone was smoking indoors, which the staff didn't stop. My masseuse was nice and her technique was okay. They have a sauna and spa, which are both good. This place feels quite upscale and spacious.★
